The rocker panel washer is designed to have vertical adjustment.
This allows the brush to be installed in closed spaces where the
the brush may interfer with the bottom of another component.
The rocker brush is available as bottom mounted drive as an option.
What makes our rocker panel washer different from our competition
is the support structure is fabricated from 6" 6061 aircraft grade aluminum
The arm is fabricated from 6 x 2" 6061 rectangular tubing.
We designed the arm to pivot on 1 1/2" pillow block bearings
for reliability.
The brush spins on a 1 1/2 dia shaft with a 48" diameter soft
foam material.It is available in several different heights of material
19, 28, 60, 84.
The unit can be ordered as electric or hydraulic drive configurations.
